Save Costs, Time and General Worry with TAPPI-IDCON Partnership Training.

TAPPI and IDCON work together in partnership to help industry professionals like you improve your reliability and maintenance practices.

One such area of improvement could help you contribute to better inventory management of parts and materials, which can reduce maintenance costs, time, and parts inventory.   This event is one of two back-to-back courses coming up soon:

IDCON Materials and Spare Parts Management Course
November 4-5, 2019

Raleigh, North Carolina

Review the Course Outline.

This training provide strategies to assist you in developing effective work processes, repair and return practices,  “stock” or “not to stock” decision making, the impact on reliability, Key Performance indicators and how to manage obsolete stock.

IDCON Root Cause Problem Elimination - Work Processes
November 6-7, 2019

Raleigh, North Carolina

This two-day course teaches a structured approach to problem elimination. Unlike the commonly used Root Cause Analysis, the training focuses on the steps required to eliminate the failure/problem rather than just analyzing it.

Analysis from IDCON shows that 80 to 90 percent of all equipment problems can be eliminated by training and implementing basic problem-solving methods for the front-line.  The 10 to 20 percent remaining require more structured problem solving and a larger group.

IDCON courses are priced at $989 per student per course.   This price includes all materials, lunches and breaks.
