Your opportunity to share your experience and expertise with the industry ends on March 15th. Submit your abstract now.

TAPPI’s Pulping, Engineering, Environmental, Recycling and Sustainability (PEERS) Conference, October 27-30, 2019 in St. Louis, Missouri, is co-located with the International Bioenergy & Bioproducts (IBBC) Conference. Both of these important industry events offer attendees the unprecedented opportunity to learn from experts, like yourself, about innovative product ideas, process advancements, new technologies and increased mill reliability.

You are invited to share your latest successes with key industry decision makers, but you must hurry. The deadline to submit abstracts is March 15, 2019.

PEERS 2019

PEERS draws mills and industry professionals from around the world looking for cutting-edge solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs in the areas of technology, fibers and equipment.

 

Abstracts in any of the suggested topics are desired: Pulping, Mill Reliability, Brown Stock Washing, Recovery Boilers, Bleaching, Lime Kiln/Caustic Plant, Recycling, Energy and Power Boiler, Nonwood Fibers, Environment/Regulation/Sustainability, and Biorefinery Track (part of IBBC).

IBBC 2019

IBBC brings together experts interested in leveraging the knowledge and assets in the pulp and paper industry to produce fuel, energy, and chemicals from biomass.

Professionals and academics interested in speaking at this premier conference are invited to submit an abstract on one of the following suggested topics: Innovative Bioproducts from Woods – Lignin, Sugars, and Densified Solid Fuels; Biomass Conversion Pathways – Innovative Technologies to Transform Biomass; and Supporting the Bioeconomy – Leveraging Pulp Mill Assets and Biomass Utilization and Feedstock Assessments.

Abstracts for both PEERS and IBBC must be submitted by March 15, 2019 and will be peer reviewed for acceptance. Abstracts should be submitted to TAPPI’s Speaker Management System.

PEERS and IBBC 2019 will also be co-located with the 12thResearch Forum on Recycling and attendees will be able to attend all three technical events for one registration fee.

Student Poster Session

Students are invited to submit abstracts on innovative solutions by March 15thto compete in a poster session refereed by industry experts. This competition is the perfect opportunity for students to gain exposure and expert feedback on their research projects. Learn more: PEERSand IBBC.
