IDCON calls its process for problem solving "Root Cause Problem EliminationTM" instead of the commonly used Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
This is because IDCON's experts who crafted the proven techniques explain that their approach better describes the intended outcome, which is to eliminate problems.
IDCON's analysis shows that 80 to 90 percent of all equipment problems can be eliminated by training and implementing these basic problem-solving methods with just the front-line.
The Root Cause Problem Elimination Course is priced at $989 per attendee, which includes all materials, lunches and breaks. Topics for this course align with the Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP) and offers 12 course hours.
