Old Town Receive $12million in Tax Credits for Mill in Maine

Old Town, Me., USA (AP) — A Chinese paper firm that bought a Maine mill is slated to receive $12 million in tax credits.

The Bangor Daily News reports the Finance Authority of Maine announced Thursday that it had chosen one of the most recently active Chinese companies having made investments (reported during the course of 2018 by OTW), for this time even more incentives (specific parties available in the link to the source note below).

About 130 jobs are involved as a result of what was originally a process started by acquisition from OTM Holdings for an undisclosed amount.
