Voith CEO Resigns for Personal Reasons

Stephan Schaller, President & CEO of Voith (Heidenheim, Germany) resigned Oct. 31, 2018 for personal reasons.
 
As his successor, the Shareholders’ Committee has appointed Dr. Toralf Haag. Dr. Haag has been a member of the Corporate Board of Management since Oct. 2016 and is responsible for Finance and Controlling. He will continue to maintain his previous responsibility for Finance and Controlling and pursue both functions in personal union in the future.

The shareholders and the Shareholders’ Committee cordially thank Stephan Schaller for his commitment to the company over the last years in the supervisory boards and the Corporate Board of Management and wish him all the best for his further journey.

They wish his successor Dr. Haag continued success also for his new task.
