Ahlstrom-Munksjö Makes Changes in Executive Management Team

Pia Aaltonen-Forsell, EVP and CFO, a member of Ahlstrom-Munksjö Executive Management Team, will assume responsibility for communications and investor relations in addition to her CFO role, as of April 24,2018.

Dan Adrianzon, who is currently leading the integration project following the merger between Ahlstrom and Munksjö, has been appointed EVPresident, People and Safety, and a member of the Ahlstrom-Munksjö Executive Management Team as of  April 24, 2018. In addition, he continues to lead the integration project. Adrianzon has held several senior management positions in general management and in finance and control in Ahlstrom-Munksjö and, prior to that, in Munksjö since 1998. Between 1985 and 1997, he held various positions within the French Group Saint Gobain, both in Sweden and in France.

"By changing the Ahlstrom-Munksjö Executive Management Team composition, we want to increase speed and agility to react, streamline our Head Office organization, and encourage talented persons to active rotation. I consider all of these aspects very important for the company development in the future," said Hans Sohlström, president and CEO of Ahlstrom-Munksjö Corp.

Åsa Jackson, Ahlstrom-Munksjö EVP, Human Resources and Health & Safety, and Anna Selberg, EVP, Communications and Investor Relations have agreed to leave the company.

"I wish to thank both Åsa Jackson and Anna Selberg for their valuable contributions in Ahlstrom-Munksjö. They have had an important role in developing corporate functions and supporting our businesses. I wish them the best success going forward," said Sohlström.
