Maxcess Acquires Componex

Maxcess International, Oklahoma City,Okla., USA, a manufacturer of innovative products and services for web handling applications, has acquired Componex, Edgerton, Wis. Componex will join Menges Roller, Valley Roller, Webex, Fife, Tidland, and MAGPOWR under the Maxcess International umbrella of companies.

The fifth acquisition in four years, Componex will add its patented WINertia™ line of dead shaft idlers to Maxcess’ roll product offering from Menges Roller, Valley Roller, and Webex to expand its one-stop-shop strategy.
