China’s Paper and Board Production Down for Three Straight Months

China’s paper and paperboard output was down y/y for three straight months—October-December 2017—for first time in three years. However, output of Chinese paper and paperboard was still up 3.1% y/y for 2017, according to data maintained by the Chinese National Bureau of Statistics.
