Brown Named Chief Talent Officer at LogicSource

Jelena Brown has been appointed chief talent officer at LogicSource, http://logicsource.com/ Norwalk, Conn, USA, a sourcing and procurement leader, David Pennino, founder and CEO, announced this week. Brown will be responsible for all aspects of talent management for the firm’s existing and future highly skilled team, including staffing, recruiting, compensation, benefits, training, and onboarding. She will be a key member of the executive leadership team and report directly to Pennino.

Brown joins LogicSource from Deloitte LLP, where she held various leadership positions over the course of her 11-year tenure with the firm. Most recently, she was responsible for building talent development in one of Deloitte's most complex business functions. In this capacity, she led the design, development, and deployment of key talent initiatives such as onboarding, training, coaching, and mentoring and performance management. Brown began her career at the organization as a consultant, focused on implementing change management and training strategies for global technology implementations. She also led major initiatives focused on building and implementing Deloitte's new go-to-market services during her time there. 

Brown holds a B.A. degree in corporate communications from the University of Texas, Austin, and a master's degree from Purdue University in organizational communications and business.
