South Korea Pulp Imports Soar in September 2017

South Korea’s pulp imports soared in September 2017 y/y. However, BSK (bleached softwood kraft) pulp was still down—4% y/y ytd, and BHK (bleached hardwood kraft pulp) was flat, according to the Korea Custom and Trade Development Institution.

The following table shows South Korea BSK and BHK pulp imports for September 2017 and through the first nine months of the year.
