South Korea BHK/BSK Pulp Imports Down through July

South Korea’s bleached pulp imports were lower through the first seven months of 2017, according to the Korea Customs and Trade Development Institution (KCTDI). BHK (bleached hardwood kraft) pulp imports were down 0.9%, while BSK (bleached softwood kraft) pulp imports were down 12%.
 
The following table shows South Korea BHK and BSK pulp imports for July 2017 and through the first seven months of the year from key regions of the world, based on KCTDI data. The graph below shows South Korea’s monthly BHK and BSK pulp imports from 2008 through July 2017.
