RitterTech Forms Motion & Control Enterprises

Ritter Technology LLC, Zelienople, Pa., USA, a distributor of industrial motion and control products, this week announced that it has formed a holding company, Motion & Control Enterprises LLC (MCE), to oversee operations for current and recently acquired divisions of the company.

MCE will oversee operations for Ritter Technology LLC, now renamed RitterTech, and its recently acquired divisions:  Primet Fluid Power, acquired in February 2017; Tri-State Hose & Fitting, acquired in April 2017; and Fluid Systems Engineering, acquired in May 2017.

"The creation of MCE allows us to strategically align our resources and effectively utilize unique synergies within each division of the company," said Tim Hall, CEO of MCE. "The new company structure will enable us to further strengthen our abilities and commitment to providing expertise in automation through engineered hydraulic and pneumatic products to our customer base in the Great Lakes industrial region."

In coordination with the announcement, MCE has launched a new company website http://www.mceautomation.com, and registered brand logos for MCE and RitterTech have been created.

RitterTech, founded in 1951, is a multi-state, industrial distributor of Parker Hannifin motion & control systems, Graco industrial lubrication equipment, and Enerpac high-pressure power tools, along with an extensive line of other top-tier fluid power and industrial lubrication products. RitterTech focuses on fluid power and lubrication customers located in the Great Lakes Basin (WI, IL, IN, OH, PA, WV and NY).
 
Primer Fluid Power, founded in 1983, sells and services hydraulic and electrical control systems. principally to end users in the Illinois/Indiana corridor.  

Tri-State Hose & Fitting, founded in 1982, sells fluid connector products to end users and manufacturers located in the northeast Illinois/northwest Indiana corridor. 

Fluid Systems Engineering, founded in 1961, is a hydraulic and pneumatic fabrication and distribution company with extraordinarily deep engineering expertise serving principally the MI marketplace. Fluid Systems Engineering also maintains a Parker Store in Clinton Township to serve the Northwest side of Detroit.
