U.S. June 2017 Containerboard Output up 3.8%

U.S. containerboard production in June 2017 was 3.8% higher compared with June 2016, according to the AF&PA (Washington, D.C., USA) June 2017 U.S. Containerboard Statistics Report released on July 17, 2017. The month-over-month average daily production compared with May 2017 was 0.7% higher.
The containerboard operating rate for June decreased from 99.3% to 96.3%, which was, however, 1.7% higher than in June 2016.
