U.S. BSK Pulp Exports Decline in April

U.S. BSK (bleached softwood kraft) pulp exports in April 2017 were down 10% y/y, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Census. April 2017 BSK pulp exports to China were near a three-year low.
