West Fraser Announces Voting Results for the Election of Directors

West Fraser, Vancouver, B.C., Canada, this week announced, in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, the voting results from its Annual General Meeting held Wednesday, April 19, 2017 in Quesnel, B.C.
A total of 64,313,045 common shares and class B common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 82% of the votes attached to all outstanding shares. Shareholders voted in favor of all items of business before the meeting, including the election of all director nominees as follows (with % of votes in favor):

- Reid Carter, 100%
- John N. Foren, 100%
- Brian G. Kenning, 100%
- John K. Ketcham, 88%
- Gerald J. Miller, 95%
- Robert L. Phillips, 98%
- Janice G. Rennie, 97%
- Ted Seraphim, 100%
- Gilliam D/ Winckle, 100%.
