Insight into the 2017 PPSA Annual Conference

Conference attendees will gain a better understand of SIF prevention at The Pulp and Paper Safety Association’s (PPSA) 74th Annual Conference, June 18 – 21, in Charleston, S.C., USA.  This year’s theme, Serious Injury and Fatality Prevention - Bringing the Industry Home Safe, will bring together expert speakers from within the safety community, exhibits from vendors showcasing the latest innovations in personal and site safety, and the opportunity to network with fellow executives, managers, and front line employees who are safety leaders in our industry.
 
Here’s a preview of this year’s conference:
  • Keynote Speaker: Dale Lesinski, renowned safety expert and VP of DiVal Safety will speak on "Safe 4 the Right Reasons" and will present attendees with a basic look at human nature and why people put themselves at risk.
  • Safety Awards: Outstanding professionals in the safety industry will be honored during our PPSA Safety Awards Dinner. Awards to be presented include Safety Innovator Award, Industry Safety Committee/Team Award, and the prestigious Executive Eagle Award.
