Nano Conference Includes Session on Enhancing Functionality with Cellulose Nanomaterials

Cellulose nanomaterials can be modified to incorporate unique functionality into foams, sponges, membranes, gels, aerogels, emulsions, and other materials. Filaments can be spun from cellulose nanofibers to produce textiles and super strong fibers. Hear the latest advances in these areas and more at 2017 International Conference on Nanotechnology for Renewable Materials, June 5-8, 2017, in Montreal, Que., Canada.
This year’s technical program will feature 140 technical presentations covering such topics as the use of cellulose nanomaterials in biomedical applications, composites, electronics, paper, and packaging. Sessions also address industrial production and safety and environmental issues and end user perspectives from companies such as Cabot Corp., Ford Motor Co., L’Oreal, and Schlumberger.
