TAPPI Nano 2017: Technical Program Announced

TAPPI Nano 2017 Announces Technical Program for June Conference.

The technical program for the 2017 International Conference on Nanotechnology for Renewable Materials, June 5-8, 2017, in Montreal, Canada, will feature 140 technical presentations. Sessions include the use of cellulose nanomaterials in biomedical applications, composites, electronics, paper, and packaging. Characterization and functionalization of cellulose nanomaterials are covered in additional sessions. Sessions also address industrial production and safety and environmental issues.


New for 2017: Nano will feature extra programming, including an Opening Keynote Presentation by Sebastien Corbeil, CEO of CelluForce, on Monday, June 5, 2017. Corbeil will talk about key learnings in CelluForce’s nanocellulose commercialization journey and an overview of where the company is heading. Read an interview with Corbeil.
