A.Celli Nonwovens, Italy, reports that it has recently received an order from Fujian Nanfang Textile Co., a Chinese company specialized in the production and sales of carded nonwoven products, for the supply of a latest-generation winding line for Spunlace products. The supply, that in addition to the Combi system (integrated winder, stock stations and rewinder) also includes a completely automatic packaging system, is earmarked for Fujian Nanfang Textile’s new facility in the city of Nanping, in the Province of Fujian, China.

Fujian Nanfang’s choice to purchase machines having an extremely high technological content confirms the Chinese market’s demand for a growing level of automation.

A.Celli Nonwovens is able to offer a complete range of master roll winders and slitter-rewinders with cutting-edge solutions for converting spunbond, spunmelt, and spunlace, placing particular attention on speed performance, preserving product characteristics. The machine range is completed by non-stop unwinders with on-the-fly changeover technology that can be easily integrated in the Spunlace line, for the production of composite fabrics (with the addition of a spunbond or paper ply).

Startup is scheduled for the first quarter of 2017.
