Heritage Paper Installs Sanilox Roll Cleaning System

Heritage Paper of Livermore, Calif., USA, has completed the installation of a Sanilox™ IP In-Press Anilox Cleaning System. Heritage Paper, SuperCorr Expo 2016 Best of Show winner, is known for quality packaging solutions and 30 years of professional service to the industry. 

Eaglewood Technologies, Minneapolis, Minn., supplier of the Sanilox System, pointed out that it  is the perfect fit to enhance superior printing and efficiency. 

"Heritage purchased the Sanilox Roll Cleaning System to perform routine preventive anilox roll cleaning, which allows us to maintain the highest print quality required by our customers. The Sanilox Roll Cleaning System plays a key role in color consistency and print repeatability on our Gopfert," said Chris Jones, technical services manager at Heritage. 

The Sanilox System makes anilox roll cleaning totally automated in-line or off-line and will help monitor roll inventory and maintenance, Eaglewood Technologies explains. It also is a highly versatile on-press/off-press option as well as a very environmentally efficient method of keeping anilox rolls clean.
