According to a report yesterday (Wednesday, Nov. 16. 2016)  by NBC 26 (WGBA), Green Bay, Wis., USA, Georgia Pacific (Atlanta, Ga.) and Fort Howard Co. welcomed retirees back to the Green Bay, Wis., paper product plant this past Tuesday, November 15.

The "Alumni Tour" offers employees of old (pictured in a tour group at right) a chance to view changes at the plant since they've retired. During the next nine months, the company will hold such visits. Plant leaders say the tour is meant to show how the company has evolved, and continues to evolve, as a critical employer in Green Bay.

Plant leaders say they spent 70 million dollars on plant improvements last year alone, and say similar investments are planned moving forward.
