TAPPI Local Sections: Opportunity for Networking, Knowledge, and Entertainment

The 2016 Northeast PIMA/TAPPI Annual Scholarship Golf Tournament will be held June 10 at Fox Ridge Golf Club.  Participant support is critical to meeting funding goals for providing scholarships to students who are interested in working in the pulp and paper industry. 
 
Registration is available by form or online. Please make checks out to Northeast PIMA/TAPPI, and mail to Micki Meggison at the address on the printed form.
 
NEW THIS YEAR: Random drawing for a $500 scholarship from among participants and sponsors who have a child in college!
 
Please send an email to Micki Meggison at Sappi after you register or sign up at the tournament to enter the drawing.

KILNCON 2016, June 9-11, presented by Gulf Coast TAPPI and Southeastern TAPPI local sections will be held in Destin, Fla., USA.
 
The preeminent event gathering experience and skill combined into workshops, technical sessions, and social opportunities for anyone and everyone involved with lime kilns. If you will ever have responsibility or concern for the Back-End of an integrated pulp/paper mill, you should investigate this meeting!

"Real Life Stories of the Pulp Mill Patrol" 

During many years and in many positions, one moves through the ranks in different ways. From his past through today, Tem will share stories of success and some alternate outcome situations he has experienced focusing on various mill hot spots, including the lime kiln and recausticizing.
