Japan’s Pulp Imports Lower through First Quarter of 2016

Japan’s imports of BSK (bleached softwood kraft) pulp and BHK (bleached hardwood kraft) pulp declined during the first quarter of 2016. BHK imports were down 17%, and BSK imports fell 6% y/y, according to data maintained by the Japan Ministry of Finance.
