Mark E. Orendorff, born 1955, started his career working at his family business, Northwest Wholesale Supply, in Eau Claire, Wis., USA, which he later owned. For the past 16 years, he worked at Great Northern Corp. (formerly Kell Container) in Chippewa Falls, most recently as Director of Manufacturing Services.

Mark's TAPPI membership spanned a total of 10 years after joining the organization in 2006. Members within the association remember Mark Orendorff for his exceptional work in the corrugated industry. His loss will be felt.

Mark was kind, compassionate, generous, and a man of integrity. He found joy in helping others. He was a long time member of two churches, both in Eau Claire, where he lived. Through the years, Ordendorff served as a Sunday school teacher, usher, multimedia director, and member of the church council and of many committees. He loved to share his creative side through leading the church drama group and giving children’s sermons. Mark was actively involved in his community. He also served as a board member for many organizations locally and enjoyed taking the time to travel when he had the opportunity.

Mark Orendorff is survived by his wife, son, and daughter as well as various other relatives, including his mother.
