Canfor Announces Voting Results from Annual General Meeting

Canfor Pulp Products Inc., Canada, this week announced voting results from its Annual General Meeting held Wednesday, April 27, 2016, in Prince George, B.C., Canada.

A total of 57,524,398 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 83.46% of the votes attached to all outstanding shares. Shareholders voted in favor of all items of business before the meeting, including the election of all director nominees as follows:
