Liqui-Box Announces $4 Million Investment in Packaging Technology

Liqui-Box, Richmond, Va., USA, this past week announced more than $4 Million of investments for two of its packaging manufacturing facilities. Liqui-Box will install three new high capacity, multi-lane bag machines and 1 new single lane bulk bag production line. These new, state-of-the-art equipment upgrades will be installed at the Sacramento, Calif., and Ashland, Ohio, manufacturing locations.

"We remain focused on continuously improving our manufacturing facilities and leading the way with new state-of-the-art equipment across all of our sites. These additional investments will address the increasing demand of our customers and deliver further quality enhancements for our Bag-in-Box offerings," said Ken Swanson, president and CEO. 

Liqui-Box's continued focus on upgrading manufacturing and operational capabilities ensures the company continues to lead the liquid packaging market with innovative solutions and deliver superior products to meet customers growing needs.

The partnership with Olympus Partners positions Liqui-Box for strong, continued growth as they move forward. Liqui-Box manufactures bag-in-paper-box flexible packaging and pouches to serve a wide variety of global industries, including dairy, beverage, and food and non-food markets. Applications include fountain beverage syrup, milkshake mix, coffee drinks, pumpable liquid foods such as concentrates and sauces, as well as non-food products like oils and paints.
