Xerium Technologies Appoints Toeldte to BOD

Xerium Technologies Inc., Youngsville, N.C., USA, a global provider of industrial consumable products and services, this week announced the appointment of Alexander Toeldte to the company’s board of directors.
 
Toeldte is currently an operating director at Paine & Partners LLC, a private equity firm. Prior to that, he served as the president, CEO, and a director of Boise Inc. and EVP at Boise Cascade LLC. Toeldte's previous experience includes EVP of Fonterra Co-operative Group and chief executive of Fonterra Enterprises, and CEO of Fletcher Challenge Building and Fletcher Challenge Paper. In addition, Toeldte was a partner of McKinsey & Co., serving in the Toronto, Brussels, Montreal, and Stockholm offices. 
Currently, Toeldte is chairman of the board of Jitasa Inc., and is on the board of Wevorce Inc., each of which are privately-held companies.
