Containerboard Production in U.S. Decreases Slightly

Containerboard production in the U.S. was 0.4% lower than in September 2014, as reported by the AF&PA (Washington, D.C., USA) in its September 2015 U.S. Containerboard Statistics Report issued this past week. The month-over-month average daily production compared with August 2015 was 3% lower.
The containerboard operating rate for September decreased slightly at 96.1%.
