GL&V Announces Regional Alliance with MAN Diesel & Turbo

GL&V Pulp & Paper Group, Nashua, N.H., USA, this week announced the signing of an agreement with MAN Diesel & Turbo North America, Houston, Texas, effective this past September 9. The agreement certifies the Baton Rouge, La., shop (formerly known as Baton Rouge Machine Works) to be GL&V’s authorized repair and rebuild center for the southern U.S. 

GL&V is a world leader in pulp washing technology and has a very large installed base in the southern U.S. region. This partnership will leverage the strengths of both companies, combining MAN Diesel & Turbo‘s fabrication and machining capabilities with GL&V’s technical and process expertise. Customers will benefit by having a high quality, local OEM repair center to ensure equipment repairs and rebuilds are completed to OEM technical specifications. The local presence will provide rapid response to customers’ needs.
