U.S. BSK Imports Decline; BHK Imports Edge Up

U.S. BSK (bleached softwood kraft) pulp imports were down 5.7% y/y thru May, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Census. The BHK (bleached hardwood kraft) pulp import total was up 2.7%, with BEK (bleached eucalyptus kraft) pulp from Brazil up 11%.
