Stora Enso, Helsinki, Finland, is postponing the reorganization of its Renewable Packaging Division that was announced this past March and was originally intended to be implemented effective July 1. Following Jouko Karvinen's decision to leave his position as CEO and this week’s announcement of the appointment of Karl-Henrik Sundstrom as the new CEO (see People Section below), the company decided to postpone the reorganization until the CEO transition has been completed.

Until the reorganization is implemented, the Renewable Packaging Division businesses will continue to report to the CEO.

Stora Enso employs some 29 000 people worldwide, and its sales in 2013 totaled EUR 10.6 billion.
