Due to the "situation" created with a November 2013 recovery boiler explosion at its mill in Lincoln, Maine, USA, and the costs associated with the event, Lincoln Paper & Tissue reported in December that it has decided to indefinitely idle the pulp and paper mill portions of its facility.
