Olsson, Witkowski Appointed to Arctic Paper Supervisory Board

At its Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting this past week, Arctic Paper S.A. Göteborg, Sweden, appointed Kjell Olsson and Dariusz Witkowski members of the company’s supervisory board. According to the company, the business activity of Olsson and Witkowski is not competitive with Arctic Paper, and they are not shareholders or partners in a civil law association or partnership that conducts business activity competitive with Arctic Paper, and are not members of any body (company/corporation) nor any other legal person competitive with Arctic Paper.

Olsson and Witkowski are not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors held on the basis of National Court Register Act, the company adds.

Olsson has a master’s degree in business administration. He worked for 23 years at Atlas Copco and then joined Nemus Holding AB Group where he worked until recently. In his professional career with Nemus Group, he held the positions of CFO and CEO. Currently, Olsson is a board member in several Nemus Group and Rottneros Group companies.

Witkowski graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and National School of Public Administration. He took part in many management and securities exchange training programs, and is an MBA graduate. He also is a lecturer at conferences on capital markets. During his professional career, Witkowski held many managerial positions in companies such as PKN Orlen SA (member of the management board), UniCredit CA IB Poland SA (member of the management board, CFO/COO), Karen SA (CEO), and Confederation of Polish Employers. He also held the position of undersecretary of state in the Ministry of Treasury. Witkowski currently is CEO of the Zakłady Tytoniowe Lublin SA (factory of tobacco products) and also general director of the Polish Association of Listed Companies (SEG).
