Tembec’s Rounsville Retiring, Black to be EVP, Forest Products, Paper, and Paper Pulp

Tembec, Montreal, Que., Canada, announced that Dennis Rounsville, EVP, Forest Products Group, is retiring. Chris Black, currently EVP, Paper and Paper Pulp Group, will take on additional leadership responsibilities as EVP, Forest Products, Paper, and Paper Pulp Group. Christian Ribeyrolle remains EVP, Specialty Cellulose Group (operations for this business group are unchanged).

"Dennis Rounsville has been a valuable member of our executive leadership team, and a significant contributor to Tembec and the forest products industry through his long career, and we wish him a fruitful and happy retirement," said Tembec President and CEO James Lopez. "Chris Black has the business and skills to lead the new group forward.

"This change reflects the ongoing transformation of Tembec, as well as management's continuing focus on costs as we reshape our business portfolio," Lopez added. "We are parting ways with people who have been dedicated employees and we wish them well in the next phase of their careers."
