Caraustar Hikes Prices on All Grades of Uncoated Recycled Paperboard

Caraustar Industries, Atlanta, Ga., USA, has announced a price increase of $40 per ton on all grades of uncoated recycled paperboard products. The increase will be effective starting with shipments on July 15. The increase is in response to the continuing increase in costs, including raw materials, the company notes.

Caraustar Industries is an integrated producer of 100% recycled paperboard and converted paperboard products. The company serves the four principal recycled boxboard product end-use markets: tubes and cores; folding cartons; gypsum facing paper, and specialty paperboard products.
