UPM EVP Sohlström to Leave Company, Become CEO of Rettig Group

UPM, Finland, announced this week that Hans Sohlström, EVP for corporate relations and development and a member of UPM's Group Executive Team, will leave the company to become president and CEO of a Finnish family-owned company, Rettig Group, as of August 1. Sohlström will continue business as usual at UPM until the end of July.
"Hans's contribution in building our corporate stakeholder relations has been extremely successful. He has had a result oriented and business minded approach in the issues at hand. We all at UPM wish him all the best in his future responsibilities," says Jussi Pesonen, UPM's president and CEO.
