Cargill Announces Price Increase on Industrial Starch

Cargill Inc., Minneapolis, Minn., USA, reported this week that, effective immediately, all of its future industrial starch contracts will be subject to the following price increases:
- Unmodified Starch - $3.00/cwt
- Cationic Starch - $4.00/cwt
- Modified Starch - $4.00/cwt.
The company noted that the above price increases do not include changes in corn or freight.
