Mamsch to Retire from Sappi Limited Board at End of Year

Sappi Limited, Johannesburg, South Africa, announced that Helmut Mamsch will retire from the company's board of directors on December 31 after seven years of service. Board Chairman Danie Cronje said Mamsch has been "a dedicated and active board member, chairing the Sappi Fine Paper Europe audit committee as well as serving on the group audit committee and the group compensation committee. The board wishes to thank him for his valuable contribution."
