The European partners are Munich University of Applied Sciences (Munich, Germany), TAMK University of Applied Sciences (Tampere, Finland), and Jyvaskyla University of Applied Sciences (Jyvaskyla, Finland).  Particpating students and faculty are pictured here.

TAPS is a partnership that is producing graduates who have a strong scientific background in paper science engineering, a global view, a multi-cultural understanding, and who are bilingual.  This project is the result of a four-year grant totaling $447,000 from the Fund for the Improvement of Postsecondary Education (FIPSE).  FIPSE monies are allocated to improve the quality of and access to postsecondary education that supports reform and innovation.
