Uncoated bleached kraft board list prices, Wilde notes, remained flat at $825 - $885/ton in January. Several producers recently announced a $40/ton price hike on their coated unbleached kraft grades. However, it remains uncertain if the price increase will go through. The price hike is driven by an improvement in demand and a rise in input costs.
