Berlin Completes All-Pak Acquisition

Berlin Packaging, Chicago, Ill., USA, announced this week that it has completed the acquisition of All-Pak, Inc., a Pittsburgh, Pa.-based packaging supplier. The combined company has more than 40 sales and warehouse locations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Customers now have access to a broader network of expertise, with deep knowledge in personal care, pharmaceutical, lab supplies, food and beverage, chemical and industrial, dangerous goods packaging, and other vital sectors.
