How do you define BALANCE?

Michelle Coombs, National Sales Director, San Diego Tourism Authority

"Balance means to me that I can sneak out early if my kids have a 5:30 baseball game. Balance is knowing that my hubby has things under control at home when I am traveling or I have to 'lean in' during a busy week at work. I am thankful for the flexibility and a hands-on partner that allow me a sense of balance in my life."

Erin M. Icenhour, Bureau Express Sales Manager of Visit Charlotte

"Being able to enjoy all of the things you spend so much time preparing for."

Amy O'Malley, CMP, SpotMe, Director of Sales, U.S.

"Balance means to me booking special time with my kids: a late morning during the week, a day trip or planning activities during vacation ... oh, and lunch dates with my husband."

Tammy Kockaya, CMP, CMM, Director, Events & Meetings, KPMG LLP

"Balance to me means integrating the things that are important to me in my every day. When I find I'm out of whack with my priorities, I re-center myself on my what's most important to me."
