Gary Harris, President of the Westward Group of Companies and Allan MacDonald, President & CEO of MacDon Industries Ltd. announce that the closing date for this transaction is March 1, 2012.

The Harris and MacDonald families have a history of close to 40 years doing business together.  This transition is a natural extension of that long-standing and extremely successful relationship.

Business will carry on as normal in all aspects while both parties work toward an agreement.  This will be a smooth transition that will avoid any disruptions for your business.
