CCA: The US imposition of tariffs on steel and aluminum is unacceptable

CCA is surprised by the decision of the United States to impose tariffs on Canada for the import of steel and aluminium under section 232 of the Trade Act of 1962. “The imposition of such tariffs will hurt the Construction industry, its workers and fundamentally all Canadians by raising prices for consumers and damaging competitiveness for business,” said Mary Van Buren, CCA’s president.  Click here to read further.
