OGCA's 79th AGM and Conference a Resounding Success!

This year, the OGCA held its shortened two-day conference at the Omni King Edward Hotel in Toronto. By all accounts, it was a very successful event, with over 40 OGCA member companies attending! Among the highlights were presentations by Rick Atkinson, Ray Bassett of Travelers, representing the Canadian Construction Association, Retired Brigadier General Bernard Banks, comedian Glen Foster (That Canadian Guy) and a very well-received session on Adjudication and the Construction Lien Act.

Congratulations as well to Mike Moore of Mike Moore Construction who was presented with the Chairman's Award of Recognition, and to Michael Atkinson, retiring President of the Canadian Construction Association who was presented with the Jock Tindale Award for Integrity in the Construction Industry.
