With this dilemma, the OSTA launched its discussion Paper on "Closing the Skills Gap," authored by Contact North President Maxim Jean-Louis. It was presented to Minister of Advanced Education and Skills Development Deb Matthews on June 24, 2017.
Matthews has begun an active review of the skills challenge and welcomed the paper as an important contributor to the discussion.
