The OGCA is excited to bring you our annual COR™ Open House and OGCA Leadership Conference on March 6. This conference is the best way to get the information you need to navigate the changing safety climate and to manage your safety program effectively.
The Leadership Conference will include Ron Kelusky, Chief Prevention Officer and Paul Casey, IHSA discussing the opportunities you will have as an accredited company. You will also hear more about WSIB’s financial incentives to accredited companies and for those that participate in the new Health and Safety Excellence Program.
The second part of the conference is about managing your company’s mental health and fit for duty program. The IWH will present the findings of their Cannabis use study, and Substance abuse professional Julian Toy will help you develop an effective fit for duty program.
