FedDev Ontario Invests in Innovative Guelph Manufacturer

Today, the Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Environment and Climate Change, accompanied by Lloyd Longfield, Member of Parliament for Guelph, announced a FedDev Ontario contribution of $2.5 million for Newton Group Ltd. (Newton Group), a premier general contracting company that specializes in the design, prefabrication and construction of buildings, to accelerate growth plans to commercialize its new energy-efficient building system. The announcement was made on behalf of the Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, Minister responsible for FedDev Ontario.
Newton Group has much to look forward to, complete with the confidence and support of the Federal Government.
