The Power of Safe Choices: Day of Mourning & Safety Week

The National Day of Mourning is not only a day to remember those lives lost due to a workplace tragedy, but it’s a day to renew our commitment to improve health and safety in the workplace and prevent further injuries, and fatalities.

At OGCA, we are proud of our members and the ongoing efforts of their leadership in raising the bar in safety. There is a tremendous understanding that if we work together, our industry will be stronger, and our workers will be safer as a result.

Join OGCA and the League of Champions as we come together to celebrate Safety Week | May 7-12. It is vital for us to spread awareness and share best practices with each other because safety is not a competition; it’s protecting vulnerable workers and caring for one another as a family. “The Power is ours.”
