General contractors in the engineering and construction industry increasingly outsource particular logistics tasks to subcontractors. However, it remains unclear which criteria determine the selection of a particular logistics subcontractor.
To gain an in-depth understanding of this important decision, the University of Cologne (Germany) is inviting project managers from general contractors in the engineering and construction industry to participate in an international survey.
The online questionnaire only takes about 7-10 minutes to complete and is fully anonymous.
Participants of the study will receive an executive summary of the results.
